Delivery information

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked services. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Orders are normally dispatched Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays. During busy periods, dispatch may take longer than usual; any important delay will be shown at checkout or communicated by email.

Delivery options and charges

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free on orders of £25 or more

The free delivery threshold is calculated from the value of the products in your order after discounts and before delivery charges.

Timescales and tracking

Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Tracked 24 is intended for delivery on the next working day after dispatch, but neither service is guaranteed. You will receive tracking information by email when your order is dispatched.

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. We can only send an order to the delivery address supplied at checkout, and we may be unable to change it after dispatch.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the packaging and products. If an order has not arrived, contact us after the following Royal Mail investigation periods: 8 working days after dispatch for Tracked 24, or 9 working days after dispatch for Tracked 48.

If a parcel is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect, it was not collected, or delivery was refused, contact us and we will explain the available options. Any replacement delivery may incur a new delivery charge.
